ABOUT US

I help people overcome compulsive sexual behaviours, rebuild trust in their relationships, and move towards lasting recovery.
My coaching is shaped not only by professional training but by personal experience. For many years, I struggled in secret with pornography and compulsive sexual behaviours. Like many people, I believed that certain life changes would eventually solve the problem. They didn't.

The turning point in my journey came when I stopped hiding and started being honest about what was really going on. Through recovery work, coaching, accountability, and support from others, I was able to find freedom from behaviours that had controlled my life for years.

Today, I have been free from pornography and compulsive sexual behaviours for more than three years. Recovery has transformed not only my own life but also my understanding of what genuine change requires.

I also understand that recovery isn't just about stopping behaviours. The impact of compulsive sexual behaviours often reaches far beyond the individual, affecting trust, intimacy, and relationships. Part of my own journey has involved working through the damage caused within my marriage and learning what it takes to rebuild trust over time. That's why my coaching focuses not only on behavioural change, but also on honesty, emotional growth, relationship repair, and creating a sustainable path forward.

If you're feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure where to turn next, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you in your recovery journey.

I support people who are navigating the emotional impact of a partner’s pornography use or compulsive sexual behaviours.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience within my marriage. For many years, I was unaware that my husband was privately struggling with pornography and compulsive sexual behaviours. When this later came to light, it brought a deeper understanding of how hidden struggles can exist alongside a seemingly ordinary life, and the significant impact they can have before, during, and after they are revealed.

I understand how destabilising and painful this experience can be. It can bring shock, confusion, anger, grief, and a deep loss of trust - not only in the relationship, but in your sense of clarity, judgement, and emotional stability. Many people feel overwhelmed by questions about what is real, what to do next, and how to make sense of their emotional responses.

In my coaching, I support you to regain emotional stability, make sense of what has happened, and reconnect with your own perspective. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening self-trust, and identifying practical next steps so you can move forward with confidence and direction.

Support begins with understanding where you are right now and what you need in order to feel more grounded. If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to support you as you move forward in a way that feels purposeful and aligns with your values.
